Our new Fish Crew is fun opportunity for experienced swimmers grow as leaders and help build an awesome team culture by supporting our younger swimmers at practices and meets — all while earning volunteer hours along the way!

Qualifications to join the Fish Crew:

• Be completing 8th grade or higher
• Be a registered swimmer for the 2026 season
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and sportsmanship at all times
• Be punctual and reliable
• Show patience and  maturity interacting with swimmers of varying skill levels
• Have a willingness to learn and grow
• Encourage an inclusive environment for all swimmers
• Be able to take instruction from Coaches and Board members

NOTE: Fish Crew members are volunteers and active swimmers, not coaches. They assist under the direction and supervision of our coaching staff and are not responsible for managing practices or handling swimmer safety independently.
